E-farmer (we, us) is the operator of efarmer.co.in and Buyer is the Bid Winner. Shipping is at the total discretion of the buyer. The buyer can arrange his own transporter for shipping. eFarmer can also help support the buyer in tying up with a third party transporter however this may come with a nominal fee.
If the transporter is arranged by us there will be a nominal fee charged. The transportations legitimate binding will be straightforward between the transporter and the buyer, we will not be responsible for any loss arising out of the same.
Shipping cost will be totally born by the buyer at his own risk.
Buyer has to arrange proper insurance of the commodity and we hold no responsibility for any transportation loss.
